QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Planning Engineer" for our customer, one of the world's leading companies in the field of production of electric motors and automation products.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineer or related field,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience about planning of the production and materials in Turkey related with Machines production.
- Experience about electric motors, or related products would be appreciated.
- Good level of English both written and spoken
- Preferably knowledgeable about SAP
- Self-motivated with a pro-active approach to problem solving
- Proven ability in appropriate competencies
- No military obligation for male candidates
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare short-term and mid-term material requirement plans according to production plan
Support the purchasing function and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations.
Establishing and maintaining consumable stocks and managing inventory control program systems
Prepare short and long term material forecast to share with the unit administrative
Monitoring of inventory, backlogs and achievement of inventory targets as well as reporting of the resulting KPIs
Overstock products tracking and taking corrective and preventive actions accordingly
Daily monitoring and analysis of operations’ performance
Continuously improve forecasting techniques, methods and approach for production
Prepare reports and updates as and when required
