QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Preferably graduated from Industrial Engineering departments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational company
- Fluent written and spoken in English
- Excellent command of ERP and MS Office applications in professional use (Advanced Excel and Macro is prefered)
- Male candidates must have completed military service
- Living in Izmit / Kocaeli or willing to live
- Team player, good communication skills
- Self-motivated, flexibility on working hours, attention to details
JOB DESCRIPTION
- The business objective is the ideal candidate will be working at continuous improvement projects to carry out daily production and material planning activities and develop alternative working methods that will be delivered to the bottom line impact on customer satisfaction, production efficiency and working capital.
- Also collect supply chain performance data and report this to senior management and supply chain sub-functions.
- Basic responsibilities of production and material planning and good relations with purchasing, customer service, logistics and Finance teams.
- Execution of daily production and material planning regularly
- Material delivery tracking schedules with timely availability purchasing
- Take an active role in operational excellence activities and cost reduction projects
- Issue supply chain management reports / KPI's per required reporting schedule
- Ensure that all SOPs are the most relevant and up-to-date
- Monthly closing of our Employees Execution
