Job Description:
Below are the responsibilities Project Planner will have;
- Create, maintain, review and administer construction schedules and plans
- Liaising with managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers to organize the phases of the construction development
- Keep the client team up to date on progress to present to the client
- Present information for internal meetings on the project
- Problem solving
- Produce tender plans to support bids
Requested Qualifications:
- Qualified with min. 5 years’ experience.
- Proven track record working on fast paced construction programmes within a critical environment (under pressure)
- A good working knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn how to use specialist software
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Budget and financial management
- Strong Problem solving
- Hands on approach on commissioning activities
- Work as part of a team and individually
- Relevant technical expertise (for example in test, design, development, and operations)
- Understanding engineering principles
- Time management and planning
- Methodological approach
- Excellent IT & analytical skills, and relevant knowledge of Planning software including MS Project and Primavera P6
- High Attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills including writing reports and presenting
- A good working knowledge of health and safety procedures
- A Site Management background is beneficial
- Excellent English both written and oral. Experience of working with a foreign company in Turkey or overseas.
