We seek for young, ambitious "Planning & Purchasing Specialist" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in Hitachi Energy -Power Transformers in Kartal location in Istanbul with the below qualifications;
Your background
- University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar Engineering fields.
- 1-2 years of planning and/or purchasing experience in a similar field.
- ERP, especially SAP knowledge might be preferable.
- Analytical mind with strong planning and self-learning skills, teamwork-oriented.
- Very good command of both written and spoken English.
- Available for international travel.
- Completed military service for male applicants.
Your responsibilities
- Contributing to short-term production, material, and inventory planning activities.
- Identifies key root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future.
- Ensure the planning bill of materials is kept up-to-date and generate a material plan based on the supply plan.
- Follow up the material transactions, collecting and reporting of the planning and purchasing data.
- Purchasing and order follow-up according to production and material planning.
- Communicating the ERP reports with related parties, involving in the ERP projects.
- Contributing to the improvement and cost of projects in the related fields.
- Procurement of the indirect materials, the fixed asset, and the investment items.
- Follow-up of the custom and import activities and the forwarders within her/his task.
