We are looking for "Planning Specialist" to join our team!
· Bachelor's degree preferably from Industrial Engineering or similar departments
· Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably chemical industry, in Production Planning, supply chain, stock analysis, order management,
· Experience with Excel, VBA, Power BI programs,
· Proficiency in English both written and spoken
You'll be responsible for,
· Ensuring work orders on the ERP for the relevant Production units in line with the production plan.
· To monitor the fulfillment of work orders, to follow the realization rates of the production program and to be responsible for making the necessary revisions.
· To be in contact with the purchasing department to ensure that the raw material and semi-finished products are ready at the desired time, depending on the production plan, and to inform the needs within the framework of stock policies.
· To monitor and optimize product, raw material and packaging stocks.
· To follow up monthly, quarterly and annual production targets by evaluating the sales budget and monthly revised sales forecasts.
· To organize the necessary shipments with the related departments in order to ensure the delivery of customer orders in accordance with the deadline.
