The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Plant HR Leader at 3M Turkey, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading HR processes of the 3M Turkey manufacturing organization including two plants in Çerkezköy and Çorlu
• Developing a businessrelationship with the leadership team to build a high performing organization
• Providing advice and instruction to related divisions about human resources policies, procedures and systems
• Implementing global initiatives to 3M Turkey manufacturing organization
• Building strong relationship with employees
• Supporting managers and employees on problem solving, dispute resolution, effective communication

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
• · Expert human resources experience in manufacturing environment, industrial relations experience will be an asset
• · Strong analytical skills
• · Relationship building both internally and externally
• · Advanced level of written and verbal communication skills in English
• · The position will work in hybrid model and residence in Çerkezköy or Çorlu area or Bahçeşehir/ Istanbul is preferable
