QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, etc
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills
- Technical knowledge and experience in reporting
- L&D management experience is preferable
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Able to multi-task
- Willing to reside in Kocaeli
- No military service obligation (for male candidates)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify, establish and monitor operational, supervisory and managerial Learning and Development needs and requirements, and provide feedback on a monthly basis to management
- Develop and operate of the common technical training
- Manage required knowledge, proficiency, and literacy modeling for each job (level definition)
- Establish of training operation plan according to employee competency level
- Support department index establishment/adjustment, goal/performance management
- Monitor KPI’s through operational metrics
- Ensuring proper coordination and communication between various departments
