/ Implementation of the new product projects in line with the project missions (in target time, cost & quality)
/ Ownership of project budget, cost and profitability.Review of project objectives with the steering committee.Planning, controlling and reporting of the projects
/ Preparation of the project application and submission for approval and coordination of the allocated project resources
/ Representing the project internally and externally (also internationally)Information and communication within the project team and with internal and external project stakeholders
/ Maintenance of project documentation as well as surveying and provision of lessons learned.Responsibility for risk and opportunities management
Your Profile
/ Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)
/ +3 years proven working experience as a project manager/ subproject manager in multinational and/or cross-functional environment for new product development/introduction
/ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in home appliances is an advantage
/ Having an entrepreneurial way of thinking. Ability to adapt to changes and willing to learn. Experience in Scrum Methodology is an asset
/ Analytical, Innovative and customer oriented approach with good business understanding
/ Good communication and team work
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must
