QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
A Group/AKIM METAL is looking for a Team Leader for Power Electronics (in total 10 people) to be employed in TuzlaPlant.
Qualifications
- BSc degree in one of the; Electronics, Electrical, Electronics Communications, Control or Mechatronic Engineering
- Preferably, Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Control Engineering or Mechatronics,
- Power Electronics/electronic design engineering and project leadership experience in multiple products and projects,
- Expert knowledge of; electronic product development process suitable for mass production, tolerance analysis in analog designs and alternative approved component processes.
- Expert knowledge in at least one of the Electronic Design "Basic Knowledge" areas, such as Power Electronic HW and/or Analog Design.
- Preferably with knowledge of power components that require magnetic design,
- Preferably have knowledge on Flyback, buck-boost converters, LLC and Two-Level Inverter topologies,
- To be able to analyze, design circuits and produce technical solutions for the problems of power circuit blocks whose technical solution is not known directly in the literature. Adding these solutions to A Group know-how and making them available to other engineers would be very valuable.
- Being prone to laboratory work and giving importance to practical work,
- Knowledge of, and practical experience in, modern testing methods/tools and paradigms,
- Familiar with System Requirements and management processes.
- Knowledge of System Integration management processes.
- Knowledge of PCB Layout Design, design-related EMC/EMI issues,
- Preferably have knowledge in DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Testing),
- Being able to identify complex problems, root causes and follow the path of systematic problem-solving technics, risk assessments; proposes problem solutions with interdiciplinary design groups.
Job Description
- Lead and manage A Group Power Electronics Team,
- Lead and manage Servo, LED Driver and Defense Industry projects in terms of project management issues as a process owner,
- Lead and manage project e-requirements,
- Technically manage her/his team in complex project activities, at the same time, she/he will be able to develop the team like a good trainer,
- Form a basis for the management's decisions by making technical analysis and feasibility,
- Propose innovative projects capable of disrupting the product routine in competition
- Trigger new projects with pre-study or feasibility studies based on “facts and figures”
- She/He has the technical and managerial potential to shorten A Group electronic design process and enable the project as a process owner, to enter mass production with zero failure rate in “ideal conditions”,
- Defining link between interdisciplinary design groups ensuring requirements traceability
- Team performance evaluation, annual performance analysis, annual budget expenditure,
- Company representation in national and international technical platforms.
