In this role you will;
Define and develop strategies for these 3 main steps; Value Creation Strategy, Product Mix Portfolio and Trade term Management;
Value Creation Strategy
- Defines the long-term strategy for Danone Pricing architecture by Channel and the strategy by analyzing competitor & shopper insights
- Develops the customer selling rationale for all PRGM recommendations to enable Sales to sell in the plans and leads the forecasting/measurement of the P&L impact of the plan
- Provides detailed Brand/Portfolio/Pricing analysis by Channel and identifies opportunities to meet Shoppers needs better and enhance sales and margin
Product Mix Portfolio
- Defines the long-term strategy for Danone Portfolio architecture by Channel
- Prepare action plans for mix management by size and channel
- Defines KPI's and investment plan for Promotions by Channel
- Create & lead sustainable spending pattern in both parties with the support of Promotion Tracking Mechanism
- Managing channel activity plans in monthly basis
- Does Promotional analytics by Channel and Customer to support the building of the Promotional plan and identifies opportunities for improvement in ROI
Trade Term Management
- Develops the Trade Terms approach and plan by Channel and Customer
- Annual Agreements improve standardization between all customers, find out opportunities to move from unconditional terms to conditional growth driving trade term structure
- Analyses Trade Terms to identify risks and opportunities
- Supports channel and category responsibilities to create customer JBP
To be successful in the role, you need to have;
- Strong academic record from a reputable university, with business administration, economics or industrial engineering backgrounds (MBA or relevant master's degree is a plus)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficient use of MS Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Solid analytical skills and high Finance knowledge
- High attention to details, drive for superior results
- Good team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of self-awareness, open for feedback and willingness to learn
- High dedication, commitment and flexibility
- Strong communicator, able to build relationships at all levels and across functions in an ambiguous business environment
