QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and direct strategic pricing activities and projects for data services and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters
- Work closely with sales teams in large tenders
- Perform partnering with supplier management, product managers, sales and technical teams to ensure integrated profit maximizing approach to market
- Prioritize and translate business targets/requirements into pricing, process and system requirements
- Continuously improve and develop the pricing management strategy used to facilitate efficient global processes
- Monitor and analyze the market information to ensure timely response to market conditions
- Take on the data cleaning project and lead it with IT department
- Lead pricing team and be a mentor for their professional growth
- Engage, motivate and coach to create lasting results with a positive attitude
- Secure accurate master data for price consistency
Main KPIs
- Revenue and gross margin for data services
- Submitting price offers on time in line with the pricing strategy
- Market insight and intelligence utilized and applied, securing competitive pricing
- Stable and efficient price management operationally
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management or similar departments of a reputable university
- Experience in telco industry is a MUST (wholesale segment will be a plus)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing, strategy, product management and marketing.
- Very strong analytical capabilities with a proven business acumen and customer orientation
- Proven track record of leadership and change management in an international organization
- A tenacious attitude to problem-solving
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ability to create buy-in on various levels of the organization through excellent communication and networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
