Job Description

Sampa is a leading global manufacturer of commercial vehicle parts, offering over 40k products with the largest R&D and technology investments in the business.

We are looking for a Pricing Manager to manage pricing strategies for Sampa products and services.The Pricing Manager will report directly to the B2B Director and be responsible for the development and management of price strategies.

Pricing Manager responsibilities are:

•Lead and ensure pricing strategies for Sampa products and services,

•Analysing consumer purchasing behaviour,

•To audit the price offer performance on the basis of customer, sector type and region, to develop action plans by reporting the audit results to the relevant units,

•To calculate the value chain that will be applied during the purchase of the products to the customer, dealer or distributor,

•Follow up budget preparations,

•Assisting in the formulation of a pricing policy in line with cost and market conditions,

•Analysing and reporting competitor prices and market research,

•Analysing the profit rates of procucts and services,

•Coordinating with sales, marketing and operations teams,

•Develop and execute Pricing plans that may include participation in international fairs, customer meetings, industry conferences and events etc.

We are looking for team member who will work as a Pricing Manager at our company in the Automotive Supply Industry located in Samsun /Turkey.

Pricing Manager requirements are:

•Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years marketing experience required; a minimum of 3 years of experience directly pricing with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results

•MBA preferred,

•Advanced level english is required,

•SAP Marketing Module knowledge & experience required,

•Experience from Automotive or manufacturing,

•Excellent communication skills – strong written and oral communication skills,

•Proven team leader skills,
