QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DAL TEKNİK MAKİNA (a DAL ENGINEERING GROUP Company) is a worldwide technology and engineering trailer in the cement industry, looking for a Process & Design Engineer. We offer a very dynamic and innovative working environment.
- Bachelor’s or a master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent departments of the reputable universities
- 1-5 years of experience in cement, ceramic or mineral processing sector
- Having good knowledge of Cement Process Literature is preferable
- Willing to Design Cement Plant Equipment
- Willing to use Advanced Software, like CFD, Autodesk, or similar programs.
- Understanding of drafting and dimensioning techniques
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language is preferred)
- Excellent command on MS Office applications
- Excellent analytical skills
- Must have the ability to complete assigned tasks with a minimum of supervision
- Highly motivated individual able to work under stress and meet deadlines
- No restrictions for domestic and international travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing of the main equipment in Cement Production Technology like Pyro Process, Raw Materials Handling, Grinding Equipment, Separators, etc.
- Innovative developments during the design phase to decrease the CAPEX and OPEX
- Following up academic literature of the cement technology, CFD technology, technical developments, and updating colleagues in the company
- Evaluating the designed equipment with advanced CFD programs
- Plant visits, audits, improvement and upgrade scenarios
- Commissioning of the equipment and systems
- Preparation and calculation of heat & mass balances, equipment sizing, pricing and detailed technical offer for clients.
