QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for “Process Development Engineer” candidates with following qualifications,
- Graduated from related Engineering Departments of universities (Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgy and Materials, Chemical, Mechatronics Departments),
- Work experience in manufacturer companies is preferable,
- Having problem solving ability,
- Having high reporting, analysis and follow-up skills,
- Targeted and result oriented, Compatible with teamwork,
- Having high communication skills & willing to work with foreigners,
- Experienced in risk management, FMEA and control plan,
- Able to use MS Office Excel program in advanced level,
- Able to speak good level English,
- Male candidates must have completed military service,
- Residing or able to stay in Çankırı or Ankara
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Process Development Engineer will work in our Production Technical Department organization,
- To observe, analyze and manage production processes,
- To solve serial production problems, to determine the root causes and to take the necessary actions,
- To be responsible for production improvement methods that will reduce waste and loss time,
- To work in collaboration with other departments to ensure Total Quality Management,
- To prepare production specs and compounds.
