QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Enhance productivity and quality of digital image processing processes
- Plan, design and execute cost-effective image processing & visual control systems
- Supporting internal customers and project teams regarding image processing topics
- Establishing and improving camera systems, visual control points, optical inspections with deep learning algorithm
- Seeking for opportunities to develop new systems
- Search and analyze new equipment, technology and machinery for better results
- Tracking new developments in the market and image technology and adopt them to daily life
- Supporting / running I4.0 Projects
Qualifications
- Engineering background preferably in Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering (M.Sc. degree is an asset)
- Advanced technical knowledge regarding digital image processing (such as cameras, imaging sensors, machine vision systems, light sources, image processing software)
- More than 2 years of technical experience in digital image processing topics
- Experience by A.I. and deep learning
- Experience with Cognex, Keyence, Neuro-check systems, as well as Python software
- Enthusiastic to work in visual inspection automation systems and projects
- Working with international project teams
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to negotiate & convince others, cooperatively working within cross-functional teams
- Being able to manage complexity
- Flexible for travelling internationally
