QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Support of serial production for technical and quality related topics
- Development and Implementation of process improvements to achieve challenging quality, cost and functionality targets
- Support for start of production and ramp up of new lines and new products
- Responsibility and support for R+D-projects and in-sourcing activities
Qualifications
- A Bs/Msc Degree in Electrical Electronics, Mechanical engineering or having relevant engineering background.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Turkish, English and/or German
- Having experience of working in electro discharge machning, electro chemical machining and hydro erosion processes and technology will be an asset.
- At least 2 years experience in production or a comparable working area
- Strong analytical thinking and good communication skills
- Open mindset to work in an intercultural environment as well as the willingness to travel abroad.
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
