Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, system enginnering, mathematics engineering, statistics or business administration,
  • New graduated from reputable universities,
  • Ability to work with different business units
  • Ability to think integratively
  • Ability to classify and segmenting the process
  • Good analytical thinking to deliver solutions for complicated process problems,
  • No military obligation (for male candidates),
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
  • Having experience Lean and 5S manufacturing is an asset,
  • Having a quality management system experience is an asset,


Basic Functions:

  • Administration of Document Management System (QDMS) and Process Management System.
  • Access authorization in terms of documents and process for each roles throughout company.
  • Creating and maintaining an organized and efficient workplace via QDMS & Ensemble
  • Implementing and Deployment 5S and Lean principles
  • Ensuring the maintenance ISO 9001 & ISO 10002 Quality Management Systems.
  • Establshing resourceful coporate memory in both QDMS and Ensemble
  • Providing process mapping, process modelling, standardizing the value-added operational processes
  • Contributing process improvement projects as providing process and document resources
  • Take a supporting role in managing corporate change.
