QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Experience at least 3 years in process engineering and GENBA KAIZEN
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Good command of MS office applications
- Experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Flow, Corrective Action and Problem Solving Methodologie
- Capability of improving current processes in terms of quality by means of process design changes by using PFMEA, Kaizen, 6 sigma and other statistical tool
- Preferably resident in Asia-Istanbul
- No restriction to travel abroad
- Having driving license class B
- No military obligation for male candidates
İŞ TANIMI
- Being able to handle process management of Suppliers (Being able to manage BOM)
- Being able to determine / re-determine the cycle time of production operations through on-site confirmation at Suppliers
- Going out to the working area and getting involved in the kaizen implementations personally
- Negotiate with the sub-suppliers and/or other departments
- In addition to having the capacity to come up with kaizen ideas, being able to test/implement them on the working area personally by building actual samples
- By getting feedback from the workers, being able to build conditions that make it easier and more productive for them to work
- Analysis of process flow in production area, defining root causes of problems, creation of robust solutions for perfect execution
- Analysis of sub processes like joining operations, serigraphy and take required actions for continuous improvement
- Search and adopt new processes in to production area for quality and efficiency improvement
- Training blue collar operators, improve awareness of workers in Quality
- Support and attend prototype, technical preseries, Industrial preseries and pilot runs for new products , until the final production process is released and definitive
- Having the skill to negotiate with the sub-suppliers and/or other departments
