QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Identifying improvement points and opportunities in operation processes and carrying out improvement projects,
- Detailed data analysis to identify problems and create solutions,
- Producing detailed solutions by collaborating with other relevant business units, especially Operation and Information Systems,
- Feasibility studies of the new processes developed, and cost-benefit analysis of the new models introduced,
- Identifying "Best Practice" models and publishing them within CEVA Global,
- Ensuring that the "Best Practice" models of all operations within CEVA Contract Logistics are disseminated to operations in all countries within the IMEA Region,
- Developing new analysis, planning, productivity tools; Ensuring that the vehicles developed by CEVA Global are extended to all countries within the IMEA Region,
- Creating current and target cost models for operations,
- Carrying out all kinds of innovation development and technology transfer studies, supporting them with feasibility studies and ROI calculations,
- Creating system designs for WMS developments,
- Ensuring the development of operations employees in line with lean process management opportunities; giving trainings,
- Coaching for Kaizen Projects carried out by operations, supporting the operation for new Kaizen Project proposals.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Graduated from the Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
- Preferably having experience in warehouse operations or process development,
- Able to use MS Office Programs very well,
- Good command of English; have fluency in speaking,
- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, result-oriented, initiative and detail-oriented,
- Having an analytical perspective,
- Prone to teamwork, good relationships, responsible,
- Following new technologies and constantly improving itself,
- Able to manage different priorities and projects simultaneously,
- Having a proactive approach,
- Open to international career opportunities.
