· Responsible for making SOP, optimization, efficiency improvement, and the introduction of lean production.
· Responsible for assembly fixtures and formulating standards for auxiliary materials.
· Responsible for the quotation of new models and the introduction of new project process.
· Responsible for abnormal rework process and abnormal working time statistics.
· Responsible for operation guidance and collaborative introduction of project process.
· Responsible for abnormal process analysis, PFEMA report, and improve report output.
· Responsible for new process, new material verification and verification report output.
· Responsible for training engineers and technicians.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Electronics Engineering.
· 3-5 years’ experience preferable in a Electronic manufacturing industry.
· Proficiency in engineering computer software (CAD, CATIA, NX etc.)
· Must be a self-starter able to work with a minimum of supervision.
· Strong planning and time management skills.
· Sound analytical and problem solving skills, with an emphasis on a “hands on” approach.
· Exposure to Lean Manufacturing principles and practices preferred.
· Must be detail oriented
· The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities in troubleshooting, accountability, decision making and judgement, effective communication and critical thinking.
· Technical background is preferred Good communication skill
· Good computer skill
