QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Foreign Trade Operations Responsible who can to be employed in the factory (Silivri) of our France -based company, one of the largest in our country in the wiring sector;
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience (specifically manufacturing and project management)
- Ability to read, understand and evaluate technical drawing,
- Experience with 3D modeling,
- Knowledge about geometric dimensioning and tolerancing,
- Knowledge about design/manufacturing processes and measurement methods,
- Solid knowledge of Solidworks, AutoCAD programs and Microsoft Office Products,
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team to execute process improvement projects which result in increased up time, efficiency improvements, or a reduction in operational risk.
- Strong analytical and technical skills with problem solving
- High analytical and organizational skills, willing to take initiative
- Result and solution orientation
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong negotiation skills
- PPAP, FMEA, SPC knowledge is advantage
- SAP knowledge
JOB DESCRIBTION
- Determine methods of improvements with tools like 5S, Lean Tools, Six Sigma, Visual Management, Kanban and Visual Board.
- Maintain Key KPI's, to ensure effective management and measures for success.
- To lead the process development actions.
- Providing pre-setting of new production system in production facilities
- To implement time and method studies
- Accomplishment of daily, weekly and monthly reports,
- Participating in team meetings and sharing the indicators of the lines under his responsibility in these meetings.
- Report indicators such as efficiency, productivity, lost times, related to the lines under its responsibility, to create and follow the general action plan and to share the outputs with team
