We are looking for a “Process Improvement Assistant Specialist” for our consultancy project.
- BS in Industrial or Management Engineering or Business administration
- At least 1 years experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
- Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
- Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
- Strong business/client engagement skills
- Experience developing business requirements
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- Preferably with Automation (RPA) and platform knowledge
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio.
Main accountabilities
- Work closely with the business units to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows
- Redesign of existing processes for increasing of operational excellence
- Leading process redesign workshops
- Documentation of process and work flows
- Interpret business requirements for IT
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
- Identifying issues and risks and recommend and help implement strategies and actions to mitigate them
