QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Autoliv Cankor is a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoliv, the world leader in the production of automotive safety systems. We produce and market airbags, seatbelts and steering wheels with 3000 highly competitive employees. - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge about production figures ( LMPU-TPU,DPMU,OEE…etc )
- Minimum 5 years of experience ; preferably in Automotive Industry
- Analytical thinking capabilities
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Working autonomously and having a creative and flexible approach
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Good command of MS Office applications
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Living in Gebze; Kocaeli or Anatolian side of Istanbul.
- Maintain Key KPI’s related to safety and quality of manufacturing systems, lead productivity improvement activities.
- Identify bottlenecks, monitor capacity status, initiate improvement and problem solving activities.
- Undertake high-level process and business concept investigations to identify and understand process improvement or overall business opportunities, support digitalization efforts.
- Execute process design and development, efficiency improvements, manage projects for reducing operational risks.
- Ensure related standards are followed and activities are well documented for all process activities.
