QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are global mining company which has several sites around the world. We are looking for dynamic, pro-active, analytical approached, enthusiastic, innovative, and self-motivated Process Manager for our project in Develi.
Job Profile
- Monitoring the performance of plant metallurgical and process control systems and initiating remedial action as required,
- Monitoring, controlling, and reporting daily activities such as chemical usage in production and daily production,
- Managing and coordinating crushers, stacking circuit, ADR and heap leach pad projects,
- Coordinating implementation of new process systems and equipment, and upgrades to existing systems,
- Ensuring safe and efficient operation within all areas of the plant and workplace,
- Monitoring plant performance indicators,
- Coordinating layout planning activities,
- Monitoring plant production quantity and quality against plan and reporting significant variances to the Manager Processing,
- Managing use and ensuring the availability of major plant consumables,
- Managing ADR plant maintenance works in coordination with maintenance department,
- Participating in the preparation of business plans, operating and capital budgets and reports,
- Ensuring that ICMI requirements are met in the areas he/she is responsible for,
- Complying with HSE regulations and standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in mining or mineral processing engineering departments,
- Minimum 10 + years’ experience in Processing, preferably within a gold plant,
- Ability to supervise both ADR and Heap Leach operations,
- Working experience in multinational and English-speaking environment is plus,
- Fluency in oral and written Turkish and English,
- Good command of MS Office applications, and other mining applications,
- Be an active driver,
- Residing in Kayseri Develi district or willing to relocate.
