QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

To provide and improve the quality assurance of the parts and products produced with the relevant standards and technical specifications,
To ensure that SPQM (Standard Plant Quality Management) processes are implemented efficiently,
To contribute implementation and update of quality core tools such as process workflow, Pfmea and control plan used in serial production,
To manage sampling controls according to the prepared control plans,to share the non-conformity feedbacks with the relevant departments and provide preventive action follow-up,
To provide SPC (Statistical process control) management in inhouse manufacturing processes,
To follow the first time true (RTY) rates on the assembly lines and coordinate with the relevant departments for corrective&preventive actions,
Ensuring that actions are taken by using problem-solving techniques for failures that occur in inhouse production, assembly lines and during output quality processes,
To ensure that process audits are carried out in project phase and series production,
Attending and supporting core team members during RTP (release to production) processes based on SPQM KPIs,
To prepare periodic KPI and scorecard reports,
To work on 6 Sigma projects (Yellow Belt),
To plan the activities of process quality operators,to monitor and improve their performance.

Competencies

To graduate from the relevant departments of universities (Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Materials Engineering),
Min. 2 years of experience,
To have a good level of English,
Having good knowledge of FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA quality core tools,
Having a good command of 8D problem solving techniques (Fishbone-5 Cause-Priority Matrix etc.),
Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and preferably Minitab,
To have high communication, team harmony and leadership skills.
