QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a “Process Quality Engineer” for our global and multinational company, which is one of the leading companies in the automotive industry, located in Bursa with the following qualifications.
- University degree from Industrial/Mechanical Engineering departments,
- At least 3 years experience in Process Quality Engineering,
- Excellent command of both written & spoken English,
- Knowledge of MS Office programs is a must, (preferable SAP knowledge)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP-PPAP, other tools and experience,
- Knowledge of problem solving methods (Eg: 8D, A3, Ishikawa, etc.),
- Developed him/herself about describing and analyzing of claims,
- Target oriented, resistant to stress, good communication skills,
- Good team working skills with the willingness to accomplish tasks in harmony with other team members,
- Ability to take part in the planning & implementation (taking on the leading role if required) of significant projects as a part of multi-disciplinary team,
- Live/Willing to live in or close to Bursa,
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To carry out serial production quality activities (process / final control) of all products sent to customers, to evaluate whether inappropriate situations that will occur during the process will affect the customers,
- To inform and direct the production units according to the quality problems reported from the customers, to follow the actions related to the quality problems,
- Participating in customers serial and warranty return analysis, determining and following actions,
- Providing active support to problem solving teams, lean manufacturing technique. (Leading and managing A3 problem-solving meetings).
