We are looking for a “Process Quality Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

  • Bachelor Degree with a strong academic achievement in Engineering
  • New Graduate or 1-2 years experience in Quality department (especially in Process Control or Final Control)
  • Fluent in English - both verbal and written
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, analytical thinking and strong problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills, willing to work as a team member
  • Male candidates must have completed military service.


İŞ TANIMI

  • Develops, implements, deploys, reviews and improves Quality Activities in line with company targets
  • Supports the team leader in performing the assembly quality controls on time in line with the criteria determined by the factory
  • Supports the team leader in monitoring and controlling all personnel-related events such as personal cleanliness of the personnel, compliance with rules and instructions
  • Prepares and updates Process Quality Control documents and submits them for approval
  • Assists in the installation and commissioning of process quality testing equipment.
  • Responsible for correct verification and calibration of process quality test equipment Makes sure that the operators receive training and perform the operation correctly
  • Enables the preparation of limit samples of defects and their verification over time
  • Responsible for the preparation and updating of defect catalogues
  • Prepares training materials for process quality control operators on product tests and provides continuous training
  • Responsible for keeping the competency matrix up to date
  • Follows the failure notifications and spare parts of the equipment
  • Analyzes the faulty products detected on the assembly line and determines the necessary corrective actions
  • Prepares and sends Corrective and Preventive Activity Reports to the Production departments For nonconforming products/parts encountered in the production processes in detail with their pictures, ensures that they are reviewed at weekly meetings, and shares the CAPA status with the management on a weekly basis.
