Requirement of Lead Procurement Engineer in the EPC organization for execution of the projects.
We are looking for Mechanical Engineers to manage LPG / LNG projects procurement activities in our Company’s EPC organization
Graduated from mechanical engineering department of universities
To have analytical thinking ability
Demostrate the ability to work in a team
Organization, planning and expediting skills
Flexible and open to new perspectives
Work Definition:
Preparation of Project Vendor / Sub-Contractor List
Execution of vendor / sub-contractor qualification procedures for new vendors
Preparation of all applicable documents, procedure etc. relevant to procurement activities as per project execution plan
Issue of inquiries to bidders in the Project Vendor List
Deal with bidders for any query that may arise during bidding phase with the support engineering disciplines
Expedite, collect and commercially evaluate vendors / sub-contractors’ bids.
Hold negotiation meetings with vendors / sub-contractors
Place purchase orders
Follow up of purchase orders up to end of guarantee period
Maintain database of overall record of all inquiries issued and orders placed
Manage non-conformities and relevant corrective actions
