QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Departments,
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years relevant commercial experience within all aspects of strategic sourcing in several direct categories,
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to plan, develop, sell, and execute procurement strategies,
  • Excellent negotiation skills,
  • Excellent contract management & project management skills,
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and SAP,
  • Good command of English both written and spoken,
  • Great teamwork skills,
  • Strong financial and analytical skills,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.


JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Collaborates with Regional Category Managers for centrally lead categories and suppliers, in execution of Central Sourcing Strategies,
  • Leads negotiations on brand level of specific brand needs in coordination with Regional Category Managers,
  • Develops, formulates and delivers short, medium, long term sourcing strategies to ensure best value (including innovation & CSR) and security of supply for locally managed direct categories,
  • Deep understanding of business needs via close partnering with critical business stakeholders,
  • Maps internal needs, external spend and create spend transparency across supply chains,
  • Identifies and manages risks/opportunities related to the category (RCCP, Sustainability etc.),
  • Review NPD sourcing decisions ensuring alignment to the category strategy,
  • Supports Innovation for introduction of innovative solutions to Groupe Rocher (Category Innovation),
  • Manages and coordinates Operational Buyers for Raw, Pack, TPM Materials and New Product Development (NPD) Buyers,
  • Targets lowest global costs and risk, and highest value for the company, resolves and aligns potential conflicting targets with Regional Category Managers to ensure best total value for Groupe Rocher,
  • Prepares the saving plans through Value Creation achievements and product changes,
  • Identifies and implements cost savings opportunities to deliver the strategy objectives,
  • Supports the SRM programs for Key Suppliers in coordination of Regional Category Managers, leads NPD/Operational buyers in execution of SRM Programs,
  • Implements and drives supplier performance management and improvement activities,
  • Controls the delivery of the plan to ensure that results will flow in the P&L of the Brand,
  • Ensures Business needs understanding and alignment with key stakeholders and their translation into category strategy choices including innovation/CSR.
