QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

•Advanced Level of English in both verbal and written is must.

•At least 5 years managementexperience

•Having a good knowledge supply chain business, high level negotiation skills and strategic thinking

•Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily operational issues

•Systematic and strong ability to follow work discipline

•Strong communication skills

•Managing, analyzing and understanding; supplier performance management, continuous improvement and compliance

•Experience in logistics contract management , procurement and performance reporting

•Able to work in flexible working hours and to travel for abroad business trips

Job Description:

•Manage and develop carrier relations and performances

•Handle sectorial high quality expectations, management of subcontractors

•Source and manage carrier relationships in line with the needs of customer

•Train new carriers on how to use our product and improve their performance

•Actively prospect and recruit new carriers

•Manage monthly carrier KPIs and take actions for improve their performance

•Understanding customer requirements and translates this into initiatives for his/her business area

•To coordinate with a number of different functions within all DHL divisions

•Control of all carrier related matters within parameters of customer locations

•Achievement of operational performance as defined by customer contract and KPIs

•Create a culture of continuous improvement in carrier development and procurement

•Manage and provide the latest innovation design to drive business optimization, and become the SME in Global transport matters.

•Build trusted relationships with service providers to drive supply chain success

•Travel to customers and supplier sites for purposes of development, audit and project assignments
