We are looking for a Procurement Development Specialist to take part in Sisecam Headquarters – Supply Chain Function located in Tuzla / Istanbul;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferable Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Systems Engineering or relevant)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields,
  • Expert on SAP MM, SRM and SAP ARIBA,
  • Strong knowledge and experience in RPA, purchasing, project management and system process,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong communication skills and a good team player


Job Describtion

  • Responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of efficient and effective end-to-end procurement processes, systems and related process/system documentation
  • Process design changes are properly approved and documented
  • Monitor and involve procurement improvement projects (contract management, catalog management etc.), category specific projects (cost reduction, raw material improvement projects etc.) and supplier development projects
  • Work closely with Category Management, Contract, Risk and Supplier Life Cycle teams to develop and monitor the procurement projects
  • Prepare and monitor periodical reports about procurement projects and take action for delays
  • Use knowledge of ERP modules to drive utilization of available ERP functionality by Procurement staff to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
  • Work with the IT department to automate the processes and improve system connectivity
  • Monitor procurement development related reports & KPIs that are under responsibility and take corrective actions proactively for unachieved goals
  • Identifying RPA processes and managing RPA projects
