QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
BERICAP is one of the leading global manufacturers of plastic and aluminum closures with 24 factories serving customers in more than 100 countries across the world. We work to invent, develop, manufacture, market and reliably supply world class high value-added closures and dispensers, preferably with our own technologies.
BERICAP Turkey located in Gebze/KOCAELI, is looking to hire aProcurement Leader.. The position will be reporting to Procurement Manager and will be responsible from import and purchasing activities of BERICAP Turkey
Qualifications
· Bachelor degree in engineering or business
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Previous procurement & import experience of at least 7 years (Experience in manufacturing led environment will be an asset)
· Strong knowledge of customs formalities, regulations and documents, knowledge in incentives is a plus
· SAP user
· UCP 600 knowledge
· Negotiation skills, strong communication skills, problem solver, analytical thinking and well organized.
Job Description:
· Support Procurement Manager for specific procurement topics both in direct and indirect materials and service
· Responsible for import process including handling of L/Cs, bank avals, customs and bounded warehouses.
· Make raw material planning on monthly basis and monitor the company inventory on daily basis
· Inform relevant stakeholders on changes of in-country customs regulations
· Work with quality teams to improve supplier quality management system and manage supply-related quality claims.
· Ensure that all work undertaken and supervised is carryout out safely and without injury.
