QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders for overseas raw material/packaging purchasing processes, executing and following up from the order to the shipping stage,
- Follow up raw material stock and search for new suppliers/raw materials,
- Ensure internal/external communication and coordination in the purchasing process,
- Prepare and fill relevant documents,
- Request and follow up samples to organize internal evaluation meetings for supplier selection,
- Organize meetings with suppliers,
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering or related field,
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar positions and/or procurement activites, preferably in chemical industry,
- SAP knowledge is strong plus,
- Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands,
- Self-directed individual with a Can-Do attitude and the ability to work within a team,
- Professional written and verbal communication in English and interpersonal skills,
- No military obligation for male candidates,
- Living in Kocaeli or İstanbul or willing to relocate
