Procurement Specialist
We are currently looking for highly motivated, talented, and open-minded graduates to join a growing organization to be responsible for procurement. We wish to work long-term with the person who is aligned with us!
About you:
? Have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields
? Knowledge of Turkish law and contractual terms, supplier contracts tracking and reporting
? Knowledge of finance, able to prepare and assess business case and feasibility
? Thinking out of the box and looking for ways to develop a responsible area
? Eager to learn and take initiative
? Have a sufficient level of English to communicate effectively
? Being familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a startup environment
? Ability to keep up with flexible paced teamwork
? Fancy to be a part of a startup environment
? Have excellent cross-group collaboration skills
? Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments
? Research skills are necessary since there is nearly no possible industry that has not been impacted by our rapidly developing technology
Responsibilities:
0 Ensuring the supply by following the stock status of stocked materials for production, making the necessary planning and the supply of R&D material demands
0 To be able to follow the whole process and handle the negotiation well
0 For all purchases, following the process from the time the order is placed until it is in stock, via MRP
0 Providing quality and quantity controls after orders are in stock, performing MRP transactions
0 Management of supplier relations, customs processes of imported and exported goods, and the logistics processes of imported and exported goods
0 Identification of new suppliers
0 Bookkeeping; Invoicing for all purchased equipment / materials, Providing invoice entries via pre-accounting workflow tools
0 Invoice issuance via pre-accounting workflow tools
0 Hard copy archiving of all invoices imported and issued to the customer
0 Management of the accounting process with the Financial Advisor
0 Support key compliance metrics (SAP related PO supporting doc.s)
0 Perfect PO & P2P KPIs follow up
0 Tracking total cost of ownership (Create productivity plans/cost efficiencies and opportunities for 3 BUs)
