How would you like to take a long journey with us in the Procurement department for TELUS International, a global Customer Service Management Company?

Now we are looking for a Procurement Team Leader who has the following criteria and will add strength to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with department heads to determine their product and service needs;
  • Identifies and researches potential new suppliers, researching new products and services to meet the company's goals;
  • Maintains relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company;
  • Validating the completeness of internal documents received in accordance with approved expense requests;
  • Participating together with the department heads and business primes in vendor meetings;
  • Organizing vendor biddings;
  • Supporting the process related to the preparation, signing, and archiving of contracts with vendors in compliance with the internal policies and procedures of the company;
  • Performs other specifically assigned tasks related to the position.


Position Requirements:

  • Higher education, Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Purchasing or Finance;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent level of English
  • Excellent level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with ERP system
