To drive the business forward by identifying, designing, prototyping, and launching major new services propositions and significantly improving customer journeys (CX) based on customer, partner and market insight. The role holder will be closely involved in shaping the future of our offering; designing, developing and launching propositions, customer journeys and solutions. Proposition development initiatives can include

  • New products/services for existing, new, or potential partners
  • Significant improvements to our client’s customer journeys
  • New channels / routes to market
  • Sourcing new products from 3rd party providers
  • Other customer or regulation oriented digital and infrastructure developments
  • Creating a success stories and attractive contents
  • Researching the CX market globally and bringing innovative ideas to our organization

You will be closely involved in shaping the future of our offering; and your key responsibilities will include creating concepts, defining experiences, developing detailed customer journeys and prototypes that bring the Customer Experience (CX) to life and developing significant improvements to the digital experience. To succeed, you must have experience of delivering great propositions based on customer insight, a good understanding of customer journeys and the ability to develop and deliver innovative solutions from concept through to real world commercial success. Your job will involve a significant amount of stakeholder management; presenting propositions to all levels of our organization to gain buy-in, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to drive towards success.

Proposition and product development;

  • Creation of distinctive, innovative consumer proposition concepts (often for retail and other partners) based on insight and market analysis
  • Definition of services and customer experiences based on research, stakeholder requirements, customer experience design, feature and requirements definition, business case etc,
  • Development of more detailed customer journeys and prototypes that bring the CX to life and help in the definition of detailed product requirements,
  • Presentation of propositions to all levels of the organization in order to gain buy-in and commitment to developments,
  • Engagement with internal and external stakeholders to drive new product/service development and innovation requirements across the product portfolio,
  • Creation of use cases and attractive contents for internal & external use.
  • The role holder will refine and lead the governance and end-to- end delivery across Pilot, Testing, Launch.

Skills:

  • Proposition & CX development skills including a good understanding & experience of:
    • Different insight & research techniques
    • Developing, refining & presenting new proposition ideas
    • Planning and building customer journeys and digital prototypes
    • Good understanding of digital CX development and best practices
  • Experience in process design and execution,
  • Commercial awareness,
  • Customer centric approach,
  • Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,
  • Ability to promote teamwork in a cross-functional teamwork setting,
  • Excellent verbal, writing and presentation skills in Turkish and English,
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, industrial engineering, or related disciplines.
