Electricfil Unifil Otomotiv is searching for Product Design Specialist to be employed in İstanbul - Dudullu plant:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering is preferred( Mechanical/ Electric - Electronic),
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, French knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge & experience in product design,
- Strong mechanical design skills and technical knowledge,
- Minimum 3 years experience in industry with similar responsibilities,
- Knowledge of CAD and MS Office programs,
- Preferably Creo PTC & Simulate Module,
- No restrict for travel,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Product Design Specialist, the key responsibilities will include;
- Supporting the design processes with the R&D center, customers and design offices as well as the project team,
- Creating a PPF (Process Plan Flow) with the project team and making the necessary suggestions for production by carrying out feasibility studies,
- Dimensioning and digitally modeling product components and sub-assemblies, creating product descriptions and product trees,
- Conducting static resistance, vibration, thermal and dynamic behavior tests and creating the design file to verify the mechanical pre-sizing of the product,
- Ensuring the mechanical development of the product in product design, prototyping and validation processes,
- Calculating and verifying the physical (mechanical, thermal, fatigue, etc.) dimensional and geometric properties of product components,
- Managing the assembly and corrective actions of prototype parts for mechanical problems,
- Keeping the design process up to date by following the design changes.
