QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a teammate to work as a Product Development Engineer at our Gebkim Dilovası Facility.
Mission Goal
She/He supports the Concrete Admixture Technical Support Manager by helping to solve the problems that occur during the product development and sales processes of the concrete admixture products sold by the company, until the product suitable for the customer is determined, and after the sale.
Main Areas of Responsibility
Supporting the testing processes of concrete additives in all fields
Providing support for the customer in designing and working on suitable products
Supporting the design of products and concrete suitable for projects
Supporting the design of special products for tenders in corporate companies
Providing support in solving problems with customers
Supporting the testing and certification of concrete additives in external organizations
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensuring that the errors in production are inspected in the concrete laboratory
Corporate Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with Management Systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) standards (procedures, instructions, etc.) and reports any nonconformities to those responsible when faced with any non-compliance with the standards,
Ensures that risk analyzes are made and followed, and that work flow charts and process maps are prepared and kept up to date,
Notifies/ensures notification of emergencies, near misses and accidents in the department to which it is affiliated,
She/He takes care to minimize the consumption of natural resources and ensures that care is taken,
When She/He encounters non-conformities related to the environment, She/He notifies the responsible people.
