GENEL NİTELİKLER
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar field of engineering),
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) & German is a plus,
- At least 5 year experience, preferably experience with designing plastic components in automotive industry,
- At least 5 years of 3D design experience; broader knowledge in CAD (preferably CATIA ), at least UniGraphics / NX, Teamcenter,
- Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminum, plastic and rubber materials,
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembling technologies,
- Automotive launch experience,
- GD&T and Design FMEA knowledge,
- Technical background with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering,
- Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method,
- Adaptive to efficient teamwork,
- Good communication skills,
- No restriction for travelling & living abroad.
İŞ TANIMI
- Design and Develop (3D-CAD modeling and drawings) of wide range plastic components, assemblies and systems based on customer expectations,
- Project Management with the customer specific APQP needs,
- Create the GD&T and analyze and Design FMEA,
- Create and maintain bill-of-material for products,
- Working in harmony with internal cross-functional teams and Magna global (Magna EU/UK/NA) engineering departments,
- Create test specifications,
- Work and cooperate with an international project team and other R&D and testing locations worldwide.
