We are looking for a team member : Product Engineer. This role is to be a part of our Product Team and directly reports to the Product Team Leader. The purpose of this role is to create technical documents, product manuals, developer docs and tutorials.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing documentation in multiple formats including product manuals, "how to" guidelines, developer docs and tutorials.
- Determining the best solution for centralised and organised repository of product and technical documentation.
- Collaborating with software development team and the other departments, s/he creates high quality of technical documentations by obtaining in-depth understanding of incoming features.
- Writing end-user documents of software solutions and/or products.
- Writing change logs and release notes.
- Ensuring compliance of the documents with brand identity and corporate standards.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or an educational equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in cyber security sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical product engineering. (as a technical writer, technical support and/or QA specialist, etc...)
- Has knowledge of API, XML, SOAP, REST, etc...
- Has knowledge of understanding code, scripts and database queries.
- Has "out of the box" approach,
- Team-player,
- Critical thinker and problem-solver,
- Advanced level in English.
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
