QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Product Management Manager with innovative and passionate to design products, improve existing product features at Product Management team, reporting directly to Head of Product, for our client in electronic money and payment services sector.

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing or working in [banking/finance-related business areas such as acquiring, payment systems, product marketing and so on]
  • needs in communication with IT teams and to follow up the project.
  • Strong ability in planning, reporting and analytical thinking
  • Project management is a plus, but not required
  • An eye for UX/UI and good understanding of design best practices
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Role:

  • Improve product capabilities of card products and digital wallet features and services
  • Constantly look for new business models to increase overall business performance and profitability
  • Monitor regularly payment technology developments, market trends and track competitive
  • Developing and executing the product and platform enhancement programs, following up on the roadmap
  • Follow customer needs, market dynamics and developments in domestic and foreign competition, to identify new product and product improvement needs
  • Able to translate client needs into product requirements by adapting existing product and solutions
  • Responsible for the delivery of KPIs
  • Ensure coordination and management among stakeholders and work in coordination with other departments, and all third parties or strategic business partners to manage projects on time.
  • Work with related business lines and IT teams, both externally and internally.
  • Apply the regulation significance into business, in a commercially profitable way.
  • Managing prioritization of the product backlog to be continually aligned to business value
