QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelors degree,
- Minimum 5 years experience in product management and marketing in life insurance and/or pension business lines,
- Fluent in English,
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- No restriction on travelling within Turkey or abroad (mainly Europe),
- Good knowledge of Turkish life insurance & pensions market, good understanding of economics and company financials, taxation and insurance legal frame is an asset,
- No military obligations for male candidates
Job Description
Product Development:
- New product ideas
- Building the business case
- Preparation of product feasibility
- Preparation of product approval documents both for regulators and relevant ING bodies
- Supervise the product development process
- Maintenance of product development methodology and learning circle of product development projects
Product Management :
- Provide support with reviewing of product portfolio
- Preparation of market reports within the company
- Support in managing all stages of the product life cycle and preparation of product change proposal
- E2E PDM processes
- Preparation of PARP an PC processes
- Implementing improvement ideas (such as process, product change, profitability) related to existing products.
- Represent PDM team within the company
- Product market research
