QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related degree required, Master degree preferred,

· 3+ years (specialist) or 7+ years (manager) experienced in fintech role of telecom operators,bank, or fintech

· Knowledge of direct carrier billing (DCB) is an advantage.

· Experienced in product development, strategy, pricing, technical and commercial project management, growth management, communication (Digital, ATL, BTL), merchant acquisition and management in the field of financial products,

· Managed financial products including technical processes and infrastructure projects,

· Experienced in revenue and customer experience stream of financial products,

· Closely following digital trends, innovations in fintech and payment systems. Passionate and enthusiastic about digitalization and digital payment products,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply

· Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels,

· Experience solving analytical problems, either in professional experience (data analysis) or education,

· Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint),

· Fluency in spoken and written English.

Your Responsibilities:

· Responsible for telecom operator fintech products and solutions as a business product specialist/manager,

· Determining the technical and business needs of the product, managing the product development roadmap,

· Taking an active role in commercial matters such as pricing, campaign, P&L, contract, relations with business partners and stakeholders and project management, acquiring new business partners,

· Responsible for customer experience, payment flow and revenue targets,

· Create new business models, manage customer experience,

· Responsible for all KPI and P&L targets of the product,

· Sustain relationships with internal / external stakeholders to ensure their full support for the related services.

· Understand and apply the regulation (CBRT, MASAK) and payment scheme rules significations into business, in a commercially profitable way

· Manages relations with internal units such aslaw, finance, compliance, risk, sales, operations.

· Design and execute various upsell and cross-sell co-marketing campaigns with merchants,

· Design industry trade events and other marketing initiatives.
