· University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing related fields,
· Minimum 1-2 years of Product Management experience in the Pharma sector, preferably in a multi-cultural environment
· Fluency in English
· Excellent command of MS Office applications
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, analyzing, result orientation, and influencing skills
· Self-motivated and innovative
· Highly adaptable to a dynamic and multi-cultural work environment
· Previous product launch experience is a strong asset
· Previous experience in regional marketing is a strong asset
· Having no restrictions to travel
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Provide collaboration within the marketing and management team of the countries and headquarters, whilst setting global strategies in the short middle, and long term.
· Effective life cycle management in diverse countries with a diverse portfolio.
· Leading cross-functional teams to prepare the region/country for successful life cycle management, considering regulatory steps, R&D, and production needs.
· Providing guidance to ensure the effectiveness of marketing investments and manage HQ marketing budget.
· Oversee all relevant marketing tools and internationally organized marketing and medical activities in support of his/her category.
· Ensure successful market access and launch process across regions/ countries
· Coaching and developing local marketeers.
· Responsible for growth of portfolio/category through assessing business opportunities and continuously tracking and transferring the trends and best practices among regions/ countries
