QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University graduate, preferably from Textile/Industry Engineering or Administration sciences,
- Minimum 6 years experience,
- Strong sense of fashion, economy and business trends,
- Analytical thinking, problem solving and communication abilities,
- High attention to detail and accuracy,
- Well organized and strong daily follow up skills
- Strong teamwork
- Excellent presentation and communication skills,
- Excellent command of English,
- Contrubuting to creating category strategy based on brand strategy,
- Budgeting, pricing and providing profit maximization with the support of planners by analyzing sales, customer insight, competitors and market datas,
- Creating Range Plan and working closely with design team in order to develop new items and collections, by analysing customer and by following other brands and new trends,
- Working with category team and cross-functional working groups to achieve a high-level of performance, integration and consistency in procurement across the category,
- Preparing category communication brief for marketing team, to identify category role, strategy and promotional activities and to define marketing activities,
- Supporting Visual Merchandising team for store solutions and visual displays,
- Being responsible for forecasting process to ensure the sustainability of inventory,
- Seasonal management, deciding immediate actions such as unplanned promo and marketing activities,
- Monitoring the campaign whether it is working and inform the upper management about the incomes.
