QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 3+ Years of proven experience in digital/web/mobile product management fieldin Sports Betting/Sports Media/Gaming
- Experience in Product or Project Management in a software/app or web development environment
- An analytical and inquisitive mind-set with the ability to translate business casesand analysis into tangible outcomes
- Familiar with Product Management, Agile Methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Understanding of customer interactions and user journeys on transactional digitalproducts and demonstrating a passion for continuallyimproving customer experience
- Experience as a business or process analyst is a plus
- Having a Technical background or experience as a Software Development Team Member in an Agile environment is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
- Passion for sports and understanding of exemplary user experience in web and mobile. Keeping up-to-date with the latest mobile technologiesand changes is a must.
- Experience leading successful website/mobile app developmentprojects: defining and communicating specifications
Responsibilities:
- Will work on continually improve product performanceby means of increasing user interaction, traffic and revenue.
- Develop a solid understanding of our users, the marketplace, the competition and future trend to create the best product possible.
- Define clear and unambiguous business requirements, processes and customerjourneys
- Work with UX and research to understand what’s important to our customers
- Deliver industry-leading product vision for the future product development, and lead the delivery of new products from the beginning through to launch.
- Prioritize product backlogs and manage the development roadmap according tothe product strategy.
- Manage multiple demands/projects and solve problems in a cross-functional environment.
- Help define KPIs for new product features and validate the impact of releases andperiodically report KPI’s and metrics.
- Use data to drive decisions and maximize value to the business.
- Focus on executing the product roadmap
- Work closely with Project stakeholders for UAT
