QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The main job is to partner with the R&D team to deliver leading product marketing tools to support our sales teams to deliver the collection messages & stories to the customers effectively in order to drive business growth and elevate ingredient brand awareness. You will be representing ISKO™ and our products and services as you partner closely with the Field marketing teams in the countries and Business Unit Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- BA in Marketing, (Retail) Merchandising or a related field and 5 years experience in Apparel.
- Technical: Advanced merchandising skills and thorough understanding of the product process. Creativity and passion for product. Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, retail math and computer skills. Understanding of retail buying and/or sales. Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
- Communication/Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and one other language, including meeting facilitation and presentations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Market knowledge/Product Briefing- Understand the product, delivery and pricing needs of key markets, consumers and channels.
- Product Line Planning/Merchandising - Creates and communicates a vision for a specific product category.
- Business/Financial Results - Works with category management team to achieve revenue growth (sell-in and sell-through).
- Process Management – Focus Category Team on meeting key deliverables. Creating calendar timeline, on time product delivery and market needs.
- Merchandising Leadership - Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of product (Garment and Fabric), process, merchandising and market knowledge and shares that knowledge with others.
