PRODUCT MERCHANDISER

We are now hiring a PRODUCT MERCHANDISER for our Boys Department.

- Strong interpersonal, organizational and management skills.
- An ability to demonstrate trouble-shooting and to eliminate potential Critical Path problems
- Customer focused with strong product skills and commercial understanding
- Adopt fast response model to achieve all deadlines both for development and production
- Ability to analyse reports and take actions and make recommendations accordingly
- Ability to influence and engage at all levels
- Engaging in tough and honest conversations with the team, providing timely feedback.
- Critique of Manufacturers regarding performance and needs, with corrective actions to improve performance
- Inspiring and promoting a coaching culture within the function.
- Empowers and develops others to achieve through leadership & coaching.
Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
- Relevant Merchandising experience
- Preferably a University Graduate
- Fluent in English – written and verbal
- Ability to use Microsoft office applications
