To leverage our product services we are looking for our new partner for success the “Product Owner" will report to "Corporate Product Manager" to assist corporate product management in Headquarter.

Main missions, goals of position:
The "Product Owner" is supposed to support the Corporate Product Manager to product planning and execution throughout the Product lifecycle, including:
- Technical support for the business units with the overall products selection and support for the applications that the product manager is leading
- Supporting the Product Manager with all the documentation and infrastructures for the life cycle management including development and implementation of new product launch plans
- On-going logistics support: SKU (stock keeping unit) pricing and SKUs classifications
- Preparation of product presentations
- Data collection from the field (success stories, case studies) and collaboration with the field team
Major areas of responsibility, main processes, tasks:
- Management of all parameters related to products under the Product Manager's supervision in the field of applications that the Product Manager is leading, to increase sales and profitability of such products
- Supporting Product Manager in the implementation of Netafim internal new product launching and support for business units in external launchings
- Sharing product related knowledge (internal/external) build training programs
- Supporting BU Product Manager with all product related activities, to support project from presales to after sales support
Knowledge &Qualifications:
- Bachelor's from a relevant bachelor; experience in irrigation market is advantage
- Good command English
- Technical background is a must, hydraulic domains is advantage
- Experience in product marketing is advantage
- Experience in project management
- Experience in a multi-national, multi-cultural organizations is advantage
- A strong person that drives the business forward; requires attention to detail and drive to Make the things Happen
- Result-oriented with strong business acumen
- Strong commercial skills
- Willingness to travel abroad for trainings, workshops
- Completed military service for male candidates
- Location in Adana

- A team player with interpersonal skills, service oriented to support the product manager and other internal units like engineering and others
- Proactive, persistent, accountable
- Strong value of relationship, partner and business development with 3rd parties resellers and internal Netafim positions
- Self-driven, ability to prioritize and dealing with complex situations
- Representative, writing and verbal, confidence with presentation
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills

- Sense of added value for the corporate product management
- Materials, and infrastructures preparations for promoting products thus impacting Netafim' s revenue
- Meeting Internal and External Customer satisfaction
