We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team!

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Product vision and strategy – Define the WHAT and Convey the Vision and Goals at the beginning of every Release and Sprint

• Own the Product Backlog

• Prioritizes and sequences the Backlog according to business value, ROI and Expert Team interests, focus on maximizing the value of the delivered product

(ROI)

• Understand the interests of all business stakeholders and define new requirements based on business input

• Write new user stories to document business requirements

• Align with Feature Team on prioritization of the product backlog and Answer business questions from the developers

• Support implementation of requirements by the development team

• Ensure user acceptance tests

• Management of dependencies and compliance

Required Skills

• In-depth knowledge and experience of agile methods and the SW development process

• High level of analytical thinking and ability to structure and simplify complex processes and problems in addition to customer-oriented thinking and acting,

flexibility, enthusiasm and strong team skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and moderation skills in English as well as basic knowledge in organizational development and business administration

• Experience at the program or portfolio level in SAFe

• Experience in software development is a plus

Soft skills

• End-to-end thinking during implementation

• Team spirit, positive mindset and able to motivate people

• Shared responsibility for the result of each sprint within the development team

• Excellent English skills and strong communication skills, German is a plus
